Broadcast Radio maintain a full support site at help.broadcastradio.com, including a dedicated section for cloud-hosted/dedicated installs like yours. It's worth bookmarking — it covers everything from the Media Wall basics to AutoHooks and the REST API in far more depth than we can here.
No sound after a Windows Update
This is the single most common Myriad issue we see, and it's a Windows quirk rather than a Myriad bug (see our Windows Quirks article). After any Windows Update or reboot, open Myriad's audio device settings and re-confirm the correct output device is still selected — Windows sometimes reorders or renames devices during an update.
Station Enabler problems across multiple PCs
If you're running Myriad components across more than one machine (e.g. a separate on-air PC alongside your playout VM) and one of them reports a licensing/enabler error, this is almost always a network-reachability issue between the two rather than a licence problem itself — check both machines can see each other before contacting Broadcast Radio.
"No Free Spaces Left" warning on the log
This means Myriad can't fit an item into the gap available between two scheduled items. It's a scheduling/log-building message, not an error with your VM or audio — resolve it from within the Media Wall by adjusting the log.
Reporting a fault to Broadcast Radio
If you need to raise a ticket directly with Broadcast Radio, their support team will usually ask for a diagnostics log. This is enabled from within Myriad itself (search "Diagnostics Logging" on their help site for the current steps) — turning it on before you reproduce an intermittent issue makes their investigation much faster.
