Want your stream playable directly on your own website, not just linked out to us? The HTML5 Player gives you an embed code you can drop straight into your site.
Getting your embed code
Two ways to reach it:
- Via your Public Page settings, if you've got one set up
- Via Widgets & Links — click the settings icon in the top-right corner
Customisation options
- Colour scheme: Dark, Green, Blue, Purple, Orange, or Red
- Autoplay: starts playback automatically at 50% volume (browsers require a prior click somewhere on the page first — that's a browser rule, not ours)
- Show or hide listener count, direct stream link, mount point, and album art
- Upload a JPG background image to show when there's no cover art available
- Choose where album art comes from: our default provider, iTunes, or Last.fm
Restricting where it can be embedded
The Permitted Domains setting lets you lock the player down to only work on your own site(s). A couple of things to watch for:
- Don't leave a trailing comma after the last domain in the list
- Include the
www.version if that's how people reach your site (e.g.www.example.comas well asexample.com)
